The goal of the conversation is to communicate. The use of communication is to unite with others. Our relationship with others can happen without conversation and often talk can stop with the attachment.
In our daily lives, there are speech languages that are formed according to the place and the people. For example, you cannot talk to a teacher as you do to a friend, and you cannot talk to a friend as you do to a teacher. This example is equally important not only for the teacher but also for the students.There is also a stereotyped class language.
By reading and speaking all these sentences daily, your ability to communicate will develop. With this your confidence will increase.
